Who we are
FieldBook Farm Manager is operated by FieldMouse Systems. Privacy contact: sherriffcelia@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account: email and password (password handled by our auth provider).
- Farm data: fields, sprays, stock, workers, permissions, hashed worker PINs, water readings, and reports — on your device and in your cloud backup.
- Photos (optional): flow meter images you choose to attach.
We do not sell your data, run ads, or use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not collect GPS location, contacts, or payment card numbers.
How we use it
To run the app, sync and back up your farm, handle password reset and account deletion, and respond to support requests.
Where it is stored
Cloud services use Supabase (authentication, database, file storage) in the European Union (Ireland). See Supabase’s privacy policy.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google, or our web billing provider. We receive subscription status, not your full card details. Cancel in the store or billing portal where you subscribed — deleting your FieldBook account does not cancel billing.
Retention & deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. Delete your account in Settings → Farm account to remove your cloud account, farm backup, and meter photos.
Your rights
Edit data in the app, export PDFs, or email us for access or GDPR requests. EU/EEA users may have additional rights under GDPR.
Security & children
Each account can access only its own cloud farm. Worker PINs help on shared devices but do not replace securing your owner password and device lock. FieldBook is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above will change. Material changes may be communicated in the app or by email.
