By using FieldBook Farm Manager, you agree to these Terms. The service is operated by FieldMouse Systems. Contact: sherriffcelia@gmail.com.
Service
FieldBook is farm management software for fields, spray programs, stock, water meters, workers, and PDF reports. You need a farm account. Data is stored on your device and synced to the cloud when you are signed in.
Accounts
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country). You are responsible for your account credentials and for workers using the app on your devices. One subscription covers one farm.
Subscriptions
Cloud backup and sync require an active subscription, purchased on the App Store, Google Play, or fieldbookfarm.com. Price, billing period, and any trial are shown before you subscribe.
- Payments are processed by Apple, Google, or our web billing provider.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the store or billing portal.
- Deleting your FieldBook account does not cancel your subscription.
- Refunds follow the policy for where you subscribed — see our Refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service or attempt to access other farms’ data. FieldBook is a record-keeping tool, not agronomic or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for farming decisions and local compliance.
Spray & stock records
Rates, mixes, stock deduct, and order lists are based on data you enter. Active-ingredient breakdowns use optional strengths you provide and are estimates only. Verify everything against product labels, your agronomist, and stock on hand before spraying or ordering.
Data
Sync and backup are best-effort. Export PDFs for important records. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Ending use
You may sign out or delete your account in Settings → Farm account (manager + owner password). Deletion removes your cloud account, farm backup, and meter photos.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as allowed by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
